Bring all your attention to the tip of your nose and imagine that you are the gatekeeper at the gates of a big city and that it is your very important job to watch the coming and the going of your breath. Simply focus all your concentration at the tip of your nose and observe the breath as it enters and leaves you.

 

As you breathe-in focus on the feeling of the breath as it enters your nostrils

As you breathe-out focus on the feeling of the breath as it leaves your nostrils

Breathing-in feel the breath coming into you

Breathing-out feel the breath as it leaves you.

 

Continue to focus on your breathing
