February 17, 2011—Today is Richard “Tripp” Taylor Day!

February 17, 2011—Today is RICHARD “TRIPP” TAYLOR Day.

Dearest Prayer Team,

Today we link up in thought and prayer to send love and energy outward from us to one of our beloved Prayer Registry children, Richard “Tripp” Taylor.

Prayer/Guided Meditation

Richard, we, The Prayer Team, are thinking of you and praying for your well-being and peace of mind. We send you our energy and our love and we pray that it nourishes and supports you as you move forward in your life now. We want you to know that you are very missed and that you will never be forgotten.

Meditation/Visualization: —sit comfortably and take a moment to relax

Bring all your attention to the tip of your nose and imagine that you are the gatekeeper at the gates of a big city and that it is your very important job to watch the coming and the going of your breath.  Simply focus all your concentration at the tip of your nose and observe the breath as it enters and leaves you.

As you breathe-in focus on the feeling of the breath as it enters your nostrils

As you breathe-out focus on the feeling of the breath as it leaves your nostrils

Breathing-in feel the breath coming into you

Breathing-out feel the breath as it leaves you

If your mind wanders away from the breath, gently bring your focus back to the tip of your nose and focus on your breathing again

As you breathe-in feel the cool air as it enters your nostrils

As you breathe-out feel the warm air as it leaves your nostrils

Breathing-in cool, breathing-out warm

Breathing-in cool, breathing-out warm

Now as you breathe-in, envision Richard

See him smiling and happy, thriving and strong

As you inhale, envision drawing energy into you

As you exhale envision directing that energy to Richard

As you inhale continue to visualize energy entering into you.

As you exhale see this energy flowing outward from you and surrounding Richard

As you breathe-in feel that you are strengthened by this energy

As you breathe-out direct this feeling of strength to Richard’s family.

As you breathe-in draw peace into yourself

As you exhale send that feeling of peace to Richard’s family

Dear Richard, we see you smiling and glowing in the light. May you know that LOVE, the one universal sustaining force, is being sent to you now and always will be. May you feel it and know that love is without end. You will always be loved and always be remembered.  Love to you, Tripp…The Prayer Team
