Dearest Prayer Team,
Today we link up in thought and prayer to send love and energy outward from us to one of our beloved Prayer Registry children, Scott Greene passed on February 21, 2010.
Dear Scott, We, The Prayer Team, are thinking of you and praying for your well-being and peace of mind. We send you our energy and our love and we pray that it nourishes and supports you as you move forward in your life now. We want you to know that you are very missed and that you will never be forgotten.
Meditation/Visualization: —sit comfortably and take a moment to relax
Bring all your attention to the tip of your nose and imagine that you are the gatekeeper at the gates of a big city and that it is your job to watch the coming and the going of your breath.
As you breathe-in focus on the feeling of the breath as it enters your nostrils
As you breathe-out focus on the feeling of the breath as it leaves your nostrils
Breathing in feel the breath coming into you
Breathing out feel the breath as it leaves you
If your mind wanders away from the breath, gently bring your focus back to the tip of your nose and focus on your breathing again.
As you breathe in feel the cool air as it enters your nostrils
As you breathe out feel the warm air as it leaves your nostrils
Breathing in cool, breathing out warm
Breathing in cool, breathing out warm.
Now as you breathe-in, envision Scott
See him smiling and happy, thriving and strong.
As you inhale, envision drawing energy into you.
As you exhale envision directing that energy to Scott
As you inhale continue to visualize energy entering into you.
As you exhale see this energy flowing outward from you to Scott.
As you breathe-in continue to be strengthened by this energy.
As you breathe out direct this feeling of strength to Scott’s family.
As you breathe-in draw peace into yourself.
As you exhale send that feeling of peace to Scott’s family.
Dear Scott, may you know that LOVE, the one universal sustaining force is being sent to you right now. May you feel it and know that love is without end. You will always be loved and always remembered. Peace be with you, Scott…We Love You, The Prayer Team.
