September 13, 2012—Aaron Michael Sellitto—Paul Henry Harkins Day!

Today we come together to focus our attention on two beloved Prayer Registry Children: Aaron Michael Sellitto who passed on September 13, 2007 and Paul Henry Harkins who passed on September 13, 2008.

Dear Prayer Giver,

Take a moment to sit down and bring all of your awareness into this sacred present moment. Allow your thoughts and cares of the day slip away from you now as you enter the present moment completely. Slowly take in a deep breath and slowly let the breath out; breathing in deeply and exhaling fully. And again, inhale slowly and exhale thoroughly.

As you read these words, take the time to really feel and think about what you are saying, for this is indeed a sacred moment.

Dear Aaron and Paul,

We The Prayer Team are with you now in thought and spirit. We send you energy and love from our souls to yours and we pray that you will feel it and know how very loved you are.

Meditation/Visualization: —continue to sit comfortably and allow yourself to be here in the present moment, letting go of your cares and worries of the day.

Now, bring all of your attention to the tip of your nose and imagine that you are the gatekeeper at the gates of a big city and that it is your very important job to watch the coming and the going of your breath.  Simply focus all your concentration at the tip of your nose and observe your breath as it enters and leaves you.

As you breathe-in, focus on the feeling of the breath as it enters your nostrils

As you breathe-out, focus on the feeling of the breath as it leaves your nostrils

Breathing-in feel the breath coming into you

Breathing-out feel the breath as it leaves you.

Continue to focus on your breathing

If your mind wanders away going off into thought (which is common in meditation) gently bring your focus back to the tip of your nose and resume your position as gatekeeper, watching the coming and going of your breath.

As you breathe-in feel the cool air as it enters your nostrils

As you breathe-out feel the warm air as it leaves your nostrils

Breathing-in cool, breathing-out warm

Breathing-in cool, breathing-out warm

In cool, out warm…in cool, out warm.

Now as you breathe-in, envision Aaron and Paul

standing in the light before you

As you breathe-out, envision Aaron and Paul looking vibrant and well.

As you inhale, envision drawing energy into you

As you exhale envision directing that energy to Aaron and Paul

As you inhale continue to visualize energy entering into you

As you exhale see this energy flowing outward from you and surrounding Aaron and Paul

Bathing them in light and loving energy

See them surrounded by energy

See them smiling

See them laughing

See that they are happy and free.

As you breathe-in feel that you are strengthened by this energy

As you breathe-out direct this feeling of strength to the families of Aaron and Paul

As you breathe-in draw peace into yourself

As you exhale send that feeling of peace to the families of Aaron and Paul.

Dear Aaron and Paul,

We all see you smiling and glowing in the light. May you know that LOVE, the one universal sustaining force, is being sent to you right now and always will be. May you feel it and know that love is without end. You will always be loved and you will always be remembered.  Love to you dear ones. Peace be with you both.

We love you,

The Prayer Team

For Aaron, Paul, and your loved ones,
Prayers for you and your loved ones that you all will find comfort and peace in all the good thoughts and blessings sent your way. To your loved ones, may the never-ending love you have for each other bring you the strength to keep putting one foot in front of the other. Aaron and Paul, know that your loved ones take you with them wherever they go in this life. No matter how long or short your time shared with them here was, their love is just as strong now as when you were physically with them, time nor distance can change that. Please let your loved ones know you are with them always but especially on this day.

Sending prayers, love, and light to Aaron, Paul and their families and friends today. This day is so difficult for the ones left behind, the day you both earned your angel wings and crossed the rainbow bridge; so if you can please send them a sign that you do continue on in a place where you are forever young, happy, and healthy! In time, you will all be together again and dance in the sunlight!!! But until then, I wish peace to those loved ones left behind and may the beautiful memories you shared, sustain you and bring a smile to your heart and soul!

    Dear Aaron and Paul,
I am sending you my love along with so many others
I see you both in the light, smiling, content and happy!

To your loved ones I Pray for the peace that can come with the knowledge that this separation is temporary and that you are waiting for them. To know that, brings an ease to some of the pain of loss.

I wish for all of us those connections to our loved ones in spirit that let us KNOW that we are still a family!

Much LOve from Sheri, Danny’s mom and the keeper of the sacred records!
