October 16, 2012—Bethany Ann DuGan—Cody Adam Acton Day!

Today we come together to focus our attention on two beloved Prayer Registry Children: Bethany Ann DuGan who passed on October 16, 2010 and Cody Adam Acton who passed on October 16, 2010.

Dear Prayer Giver,

Take a moment to sit down and bring all of your awareness into this sacred present moment. Allow your thoughts and cares of the day slip away from you now as you enter the present moment completely. Slowly take in a deep breath and slowly let the breath out; breathing in deeply and exhaling fully. And again, inhale slowly and exhale thoroughly.

As you read these words, take the time to really feel and think about what you are saying, for this is indeed a sacred moment.

Dear Bethany and Cody,

We The Prayer Team are with you now in thought and spirit. We send you energy and love from our souls to yours and we pray that you will feel it and know how very loved you are.

Meditation/Visualization: —continue to sit comfortably and allow yourself to be here in the present moment, letting go of your cares and worries of the day.

Now, bring all of your attention to the tip of your nose and imagine that you are the gatekeeper at the gates of a big city and that it is your very important job to watch the coming and the going of your breath.  Simply focus all your concentration at the tip of your nose and observe your breath as it enters and leaves you.

As you breathe-in, focus on the feeling of the breath as it enters your nostrils

As you breathe-out, focus on the feeling of the breath as it leaves your nostrils

Breathing-in feel the breath coming into you

Breathing-out feel the breath as it leaves you.

Continue to focus on your breathing

If your mind wanders away going off into thought (which is common in meditation) gently bring your focus back to the tip of your nose and resume your position as gatekeeper, watching the coming and going of your breath.

As you breathe-in feel the cool air as it enters your nostrils

As you breathe-out feel the warm air as it leaves your nostrils

Breathing-in cool, breathing-out warm

Breathing-in cool, breathing-out warm

In cool, out warm…in cool, out warm.

Now as you breathe-in, envision Bethany and Cody

standing in the light before you

As you breathe-out, envision Bethany and Cody looking vibrant and well.

As you inhale, envision drawing energy into you

As you exhale envision directing that energy to Bethany and Cody

As you inhale continue to visualize energy entering into you

As you exhale see this energy flowing outward from you and surrounding Bethany and Cody

Bathing them in light and loving energy

See them surrounded by energy

See them smiling

See them laughing

See that they are happy and free.

As you breathe-in feel that you are strengthened by this energy

As you breathe-out direct this feeling of strength to the families of Bethany and Cody

As you breathe-in draw peace into yourself

As you exhale send that feeling of peace to the families of Bethany and Cody.

Dear Bethany and Cody,

We all see you smiling and glowing in the light. May you know that LOVE, the one universal sustaining force, is being sent to you right now and always will be. May you feel it and know that love is without end. You will always be loved and you will always be remembered.  Love to you dear ones. Peace be with you both.

We love you,

For Bethany, Cody, and your loved ones,
Prayers for you and your loved ones that you all will find comfort and peace in all the good thoughts and blessings sent your way. To your loved ones, may the never-ending love you have for each other bring you the strength to keep putting one foot in front of the other. Bethany and Cody please know that your loved ones take you with them wherever they go in this life. No matter how long or short your time shared with them here was, their love is just as strong now as when you were physically with them, time nor distance can change that. Please let your loved ones know you are with them always but especially on this day.

Sending prayers, love, and light to Bethany, Cody, their family, and loved ones today; the day heaven gained two more angels and the day the lives of those left behind were changed forever. Please know that love never dies, it only grows stronger on both sides of the veil. It is an eternal flame that can never be extinguished. Bethany and Cody you will always be loved and never forgotten. The tears that your loved ones cry now because you are no longer in the physical will someday be replaced by tears of joy when you are all reunited over the rainbow bridge and dance in the sunlight of eternity. Until that day, may the families and loved ones of Bethany and Cody find peace and laughter in the memories created while the “angels” walked with them on this planet!
