January 16, 2013— Devaughn Lee—Jack Kellen Lowell— Nathan Michael Thomas Day!

Today we come together to focus our attention on three beloved Prayer Registry Children: Devaughn Lee who passed on January 16, 2011,  Jack Kellen Lowell who passed on January 16, 2008 and Nathan Michael Thomas who passed on January 16, 2009.

Dear Prayer Giver,

Take a moment to sit down and bring all of your awareness into this sacred present moment. Allow your thoughts and cares of the day slip away from you now as you enter the present moment completely. Slowly take in a deep breath and slowly let the breath out; breathing in deeply and exhaling fully. And again, inhale slowly and exhale thoroughly.

As you read these words, take the time to really feel and think about what you are saying, for this is indeed a sacred moment.

Dear Devaughn, Jack and Nathan,

We The Prayer Team are with you now in thought and spirit. We send you energy and love from our souls to yours and we pray that you will feel it and know how very loved you are.

Meditation/Visualization: —continue to sit comfortably and allow yourself to be here in the present moment, letting go of your cares and worries of the day.

Now, bring all of your attention to the tip of your nose and imagine that you are the gatekeeper at the gates of a big city and that it is your very important job to watch the coming and the going of your breath.  Simply focus all your concentration at the tip of your nose and observe your breath as it enters and leaves you.

As you breathe-in, focus on the feeling of the breath as it enters your nostrils

As you breathe-out, focus on the feeling of the breath as it leaves your nostrils

Breathing-in feel the breath coming into you

Breathing-out feel the breath as it leaves you.

Continue to focus on your breathing

If your mind wanders away going off into thought (which is common in meditation) gently bring your focus back to the tip of your nose and resume your position as gatekeeper, watching the coming and going of your breath.

As you breathe-in feel the cool air as it enters your nostrils

As you breathe-out feel the warm air as it leaves your nostrils

Breathing-in cool, breathing-out warm

Breathing-in cool, breathing-out warm

In cool, out warm…in cool, out warm.

Now as you breathe-in, envision Devaughn, Jack and Nathan

standing in the light before you

As you breathe-out, envision Devaughn, Jack and Nathan

looking vibrant and well.

As you inhale, envision drawing energy into you

As you exhale envision directing that energy to Devaughn, Jack and Nathan

As you inhale continue to visualize energy entering into you

As you exhale see this energy flowing outward from you and surrounding Devaughn, Jack and Nathan

Bathing them in light and loving energy

See them surrounded by energy

See them smiling

See them laughing

See that they are happy and free.

As you breathe-in feel that you are strengthened by this energy

As you breathe-out direct this feeling of strength to the families of Devaughn, Jack and Nathan

As you breathe-in draw peace into yourself

As you exhale send that feeling of peace to the families of Devaughn, Jack and Nathan.

Dear Devaughn, Jack and Nathan,

We all see you smiling and glowing in the light. May you know that LOVE, the one universal sustaining force, is being sent to you right now and always will be. May you feel it and know that love is without end. You will always be loved and you will always be remembered.  Love to you dear ones. Peace be with you all.

We love you,

The Prayer Team

  9. sonja carassai-haus says:

Sending prayers, love, and light to Devaughn, Jack, Nathan, their families, and loved ones on this angelversary date…a day Heaven gained 3 beautiful angels, but the lives of those left behind were altered forever! Devaughn, Jack, and Nathan know that you are forever missed and eternally loved. Love never dies on either side of the veil; it only grows stronger! To the families and loved ones I pray the memories you created while your angels walked with you on this planet will sustain you, bring peace, joy, and laughter to your heart and soul; keeping in mind that one day, you will all meet again across the rainbow bridge, and you will run into their waiting arms! At that time your tears of grief and sadness with be transformed into tears of unending joy and happiness!

    With Love,
    Sonja–Jon-Jon’s mom forever!!!
