March 10, 2013 — Ian Ambrose Day!

Today we link up in thought and prayer to send our love and energy outward from us to one of our beloved Prayer Registry children: Ian Ambrose, who passed on March 10,  2008.

Dear Prayer Giver,

Wherever you are reading this, sit down for a minute and bring all of your attention to this sacred present moment. Take a deep breath and slowly let it out. Do it again. Breath in deeply and exhale fully.

Dear Ian,

We The Prayer Team, are thinking of you and praying for your happiness. We send you energy and love at all levels and we pray that it nourishes and supports you as you move forward in your present existence. We want you to know that you are very loved and that you will never be forgotten.

Meditation/Visualization: —continue to sit comfortably and allow yourself to be here in the present moment.

Bring all your attention to the tip of your nose and imagine that you are the gatekeeper at the gates of a big city and that it is your very important job to watch the coming and the going of your breath.  Simply focus all your concentration at the tip of your nose and observe your breath as it enters and leaves you.

As you breathe-in, focus on the feeling of the breath as it enters your nostrils

As you breathe-out, focus on the feeling of the breath as it leaves your nostrils

Breathing-in feel the breath coming into you

Breathing-out feel the breath as it leaves you.

Continue to focus on your breathing

If your mind wanders away from the breath, gently bring your focus back to the tip of your nose and focus on your breathing again.

As you breathe-in feel the cool air as it enters your nostrils

As you breathe-out feel the warm air as it leaves your nostrils

Breathing-in cool, breathing-out warm

Breathing-in cool, breathing-out warm.

Now as you breathe-in, envision Ian

standing in the light before you

As you breathe-out, envision Ian right in front of you, looking vibrant and well

As you inhale, envision drawing energy into you

As you exhale envision directing that energy to Ian

As you inhale continue to visualize energy entering into you

As you exhale see this energy flowing outward from you and surrounding Ian

See Ian in the light

See Ian surrounded by energy

See Ian smiling

See Ian laughing.

As you breathe-in feel that you are strengthened by this energy

As you breathe-out direct this feeling of strength to Ian’s family and loved ones

As you breathe-in draw peace into yourself

As you exhale send that feeling of peace to Ian’s family and loved ones.

Dear Ian,

We see you smiling and glowing in the light. May you know that LOVE, the one universal sustaining force, is being sent to you now and always will be. May you feel it and know that love is without end. You will always be loved and you will always be remembered.  Peace be with you dearest Ian. We love you,

The Prayer Team

For Ian and your loved ones,
Positive thoughts of love from my heart to you and your loved ones. May you all find comfort and a measure of peace in all the blessings sent your way. To your loved ones, your never-ending love for each other will bring you the strength to keep putting one foot in front of the other. Ian please know that your loved ones take you with them wherever they go in this life. No matter how long or short your time shared with them here was, their love is just as strong now as when you were physically with them, time nor distance can change that. Please let your loved ones know you are with them always but especially on this day.

Another day without you, another tear silently falls
I have grown accustomed to an aching heart and false smile
