Dear Prayer Giver,

Take a moment to sit down and bring all of your awareness into this sacred present moment. Allow your thoughts and cares of the day slip away from you now as you enter the present moment completely. Slowly take in a deep breath and slowly let the breath out; breathing in deeply and exhaling fully. And again, inhale slowly and exhale thoroughly.

As you read these words, take the time to really feel and think about what you are saying, for this is indeed a sacred moment.

Dear Allen, Eric and Jennifer,

We The Prayer Team are with you now in thought and spirit. We send you energy and love from our souls to yours and we pray that you will feel it and know how very loved you are.

Meditation/Visualization: —continue to sit comfortably and allow yourself to be here in the present moment, letting go of your cares and worries of the day.

Now, bring all of your attention to the tip of your nose and imagine that you are the gatekeeper at the gates of a big city and that it is your very important job to watch the coming and the going of your breath.  Simply focus all your concentration at the tip of your nose and observe your breath as it enters and leaves you.

As you breathe-in, focus on the feeling of the breath as it enters your nostrils

As you breathe-out, focus on the feeling of the breath as it leaves your nostrils

Breathing-in feel the breath coming into you

Breathing-out feel the breath as it leaves you.

Continue to focus on your breathing

If your mind wanders away going off into thought (which is common in meditation) gently bring your focus back to the tip of your nose and resume your position as gatekeeper, watching the coming and going of your breath.

As you breathe-in feel the cool air as it enters your nostrils

As you breathe-out feel the warm air as it leaves your nostrils

Breathing-in cool, breathing-out warm

Breathing-in cool, breathing-out warm

In cool, out warm…in cool, out warm.

Now as you breathe-in envision Allen, Eric and Jennifer

standing in the light before you

As you breathe-out envision Allen, Eric and Jennifer looking vibrant and well.

As you inhale envision drawing energy into you

As you exhale envision directing that energy to Allen, Eric and Jennifer

As you inhale continue to visualize energy entering into you

As you exhale see this energy flowing outward from you and surrounding Allen, Eric and Jennifer

Bathing them in light and loving energy

See them surrounded by energy

See them smiling

See them laughing

See that they are all happy and free!

As you breathe-in feel that you are strengthened by this energy

As you breathe-out direct this feeling of strength to families of Allen, Eric and Jennifer

As you breathe-in draw peace into yourself

As you exhale send that feeling of peace to the families of Allen, Eric and Jennifer.

Dear Allen, Eric and Jennifer,

We all see you smiling and glowing in the light. May you know that LOVE, the one universal sustaining force, is being sent to you right now and always will be. May you feel it and know that love is without end. You will always be loved and you will always be remembered.  Love to you dear ones. Peace be with you all.

Know that we love you,

The Prayer Team

For Allen, Eric, Jennifer, and your loved ones,
Sending you positive thoughts of love from my heart to yours and your loved ones. May you feel the love that surrounds you. May your loved ones find comfort and a measure of peace in all the blessings sent their way. Your never-ending love for each other will give you the strength to keep putting one foot in front of the other. Allen, Eric, and Fro please know that your loved ones take you with them wherever they go in this life. No matter how long or short your time shared with them here was, their love is just as strong now as when you were physically with them, time nor distance can change that. Please let your loved ones know you are with them always but especially on this day.

May they feel the love we all send. I wish peace to all their family and friends, and joy and comfort in their memories. May you all feel their presence around you when you most need it. I pray for strength for you to get through the tough days. I hope the sharing of our pain in the missing of our beautiful children can comfort us all. May we all remain connected and support and strengthen each other through our loving prayers and thoughts. Love always from Paul’s mum. Xx.

Thank you for your prayer and love especially today. Yes our love continues to grow thru the vail of heaven and earth. Today though the pain revisits itself and to have prayers like yours helps so much and is so appreciated. No one understands the pain we go thru like a parent who has gone thru it themselves. God Bless you.

My heartfelt, positive vibrations to Allen, Eric, Jennifer, their friends and their families. They used to be here, but now they are everywhere. • Sophie says:

Thank you for your positive vibrations for our children today and our families. They are remembered all year but today is always for me a sad day of tragedy and loss that will never be forgotten. This year Eric started to give me signs of love and laughter around this date that he is ok and doing fine which has helped so much. I hope other families will be able to sense this feeling which I believe is a gift from God to be able to feel his presence and love. It’s been 4 years and it’s only been lately that this has occurred. Again thank you for your beautiful message and comfort.

Thank you for your love and thoughts today and yes Eric felt close to me today and at the exact moment I last heard from him by phone, his brother called which was a sign I know from Eric that I needed to hear from Jason. His brother came over and we had time together on a difficult day in our lives. I know Eric was right here with us as we were always for the most part a family of 3. God Bless you for thinking of our children today and families.

I know our children will rally around Allen, Eric, and Jennifer today; as we come together as a prayer group and support those left on this side of the veil. Our children are always with us; as they are a part of our souls and hearts.

Thank you for your loving thoughts and prayers to our children. Yes I miss my Eric but especially today is the hardest with sad memories of the day he left. I’m so glad that Sheri has put together this site that we can all share our grief, stories joys and sorrows with each other who understand this better than no one else would. You are right, they are always with us and will always be a part of our soul and hearts. Until we meet again.

Another day without you, another tear silently falls
I have grown accustomed to an aching heart and false smile
But I will never grow accustomed to life without
    My precious son Joey.

Having a son in heaven changes everything.
