Dear Prayer Giver,

Take a moment to sit down and bring all of your awareness into this sacred present moment. Allow your thoughts and cares of the day slip away from you now as you enter the present moment completely. Slowly take in a deep breath and slowly let the breath out; breathing in deeply and exhaling fully. And again, inhale slowly and exhale thoroughly.

As you read these words, take the time to really feel and think about what you are saying, for this is indeed a sacred moment.

Dear Paul and Stacey,

We The Prayer Team are with you now in thought and spirit. We send you energy and love from our souls to yours and we pray that you will feel it and know how very loved you are.

Meditation/Visualization: —continue to sit comfortably and allow yourself to be here in the present moment, letting go of your cares and worries of the day.

Now, bring all of your attention to the tip of your nose and imagine that you are the gatekeeper at the gates of a big city and that it is your very important job to watch the coming and the going of your breath.  Simply focus all your concentration at the tip of your nose and observe your breath as it enters and leaves you.

As you breathe-in, focus on the feeling of the breath as it enters your nostrils

As you breathe-out, focus on the feeling of the breath as it leaves your nostrils

Breathing-in feel the breath coming into you

Breathing-out feel the breath as it leaves you.

Continue to focus on your breathing

If your mind wanders away going off into thought (which is common in meditation) gently bring your focus back to the tip of your nose and resume your position as gatekeeper, watching the coming and going of your breath.

As you breathe-in feel the cool air as it enters your nostrils

As you breathe-out feel the warm air as it leaves your nostrils

Breathing-in cool, breathing-out warm

Breathing-in cool, breathing-out warm

In cool, out warm…in cool, out warm.

Now as you breathe-in, envision Paul and Stacey

standing in the light before you

As you breathe-out, envision Paul and Stacey looking vibrant and well.

As you inhale, envision drawing energy into you

As you exhale envision directing that energy to Paul and Stacey

As you inhale continue to visualize energy entering into you

As you exhale see this energy flowing outward from you and surrounding Paul and Stacey

Bathing them in light and loving energy

See them surrounded by energy

See them smiling

See them laughing

See that they are happy and free.

As you breathe-in feel that you are strengthened by this energy

As you breathe-out direct this feeling of strength to families of Paul and Stacey

As you breathe-in draw peace into yourself

As you exhale send that feeling of peace to families of Paul and Stacey.

Dear Paul and Stacey,

We all see you smiling and glowing in the light. May you know that LOVE, the one universal sustaining force, is being sent to you right now and always will be. May you feel it and know that love is without end. You will always be loved and you will always be remembered.  Love to you dear ones. Peace be with you both.

We love you,

The Prayer Team

  1. Today we remember Paul and Stacey

My darling son, is it a coincidence that my internet connection resumed just in time for this day? I doubt it, you joker!
Love you more than ever and now you have your stepfather with you too. My heart is so so sore right now thinking of you both and missing you so very much. Love never dies, the pain is always here but so are happy happy memories.
May you feel the love we all send. I wish peace to all family and friends, and joy and comfort in their memories.
For Stacey’s family and friends, may you all feel her presence around you when you most need it. I pray for strength for you to get through the tough days. I hope the sharing of our pain in the missing of our beautiful children can comfort us all. May you all remain connected and support and strengthen each other through our loving prayers and thoughts. Love always from Paul’s mum. Xx.

For Paul, Stacey, and your loved ones,
Sending you positive thoughts of love from my heart to yours and your loved ones. May you feel the love that surrounds you. May your loved ones find comfort and a measure of peace in all the blessings sent their way. Your never-ending love for each other will give you the strength to keep putting one foot in front of the other. Paul and Stacey please know that your loved ones take you with them wherever they go in this life. No matter how long or short your time shared with them here was, their love is just as strong now as when you were physically with them, time nor distance can change that. Please let your loved ones know you are with them always but especially on this day.
    Forever Jason and Christian’s mom

Another day without you, another tear silently falls
I have grown accustomed to an aching heart and false smile
But I will never grow accustomed to life without
    My precious son Joey.

Having a son in heaven changes everything.

  7. Debbie says:

    For Paul’s Mom…..
    Dear Susan,
Any loss of a child is impossible to bear. But the loss of a son or daughter to suicide is unfathomable. I know this because I also lost my precious son, Joey, to suicide. It doesn’t matter how long it has been since the loss, the pain is ever present. Please know that I send my love and prayers to you today.
    Debbie

  8. Eileen says:

    Dearest Paul, Stacey and families,
Today, on your angelversary, I am praying for you and sending all of my love to you. May the love we are all sending also go out to your parents and loved ones and surround them on this difficult day and always. We pray that they find strength and some comfort in knowing that you are always with them and that your love will never end.
……until we meet, may God hold you in the palm of His hand.
    Love, Moriah’s Mama Always

  9. Thank you all, love always, Sue xx
