Dear Prayer Giver,

Take a moment to sit down and bring all of your awareness into this sacred present moment. Allow your thoughts and cares of the day slip away from you now as you enter the present moment completely. Slowly take in a deep breath and slowly let the breath out; breathing in deeply and exhaling fully. And again, inhale slowly and exhale thoroughly.

As you read these words, take the time to really feel and think about what you are saying, for this is indeed a sacred moment.

Dear Ephraim, Gabriel and Sean,

We The Prayer Team are with you now in thought and spirit. We send you energy and love from our souls to yours and we pray that you will all feel it and know how very loved you are.

Meditation/Visualization: —continue to sit comfortably and allow yourself to be here in the present moment, letting go of your cares and worries of the day.

Now, bring all of your attention to the tip of your nose and imagine that you are the gatekeeper at the gates of a big city and that it is your very important job to watch the coming and the going of your breath. Simply focus all your concentration at the tip of your nose and observe your breath as it enters and leaves you.

As you breathe-in, focus on the feeling of the breath as it enters your nostrils

As you breathe-out, focus on the feeling of the breath as it leaves your nostrils

Breathing-in feel the breath coming into you

Breathing-out feel the breath as it leaves you.

Continue to focus on your breathing

If your mind wanders away going off into thought (which is common in meditation) gently bring your focus back to the tip of your nose and resume your position as gatekeeper, watching the coming and going of your breath.

As you breathe-in feel the cool air as it enters your nostrils

As you breathe-out feel the warm air as it leaves your nostrils

Breathing-in cool, breathing-out warm

Breathing-in cool, breathing-out warm

In cool, out warm…in cool, out warm.

Now as you breathe-in, envision Ephraim, Gabriel and Sean

standing in the light before you

As you breathe-out, envision Ephraim, Gabriel and Sean looking vibrant and well

As you inhale, envision drawing energy into you

As you exhale envision directing that energy to Ephraim, Gabriel and Sean

As you inhale continue to visualize energy entering into you

As you exhale see this energy flowing outward from you and surrounding Ephraim, Gabriel and Sean

Bathing them in light and loving energy

See them surrounded by energy

See them smiling

See them laughing

See that they are happy and free!

As you breathe-in feel that you are strengthened by this energy

As you breathe-out direct this feeling of strength to the families of Ephraim, Gabriel and Sean

As you breathe-in draw peace into yourself

As you exhale send that feeling of peace to the families of Ephraim, Gabriel  and Sean.

Dear Ephraim, Gabriel and Sean,

We all see you smiling and glowing in the light. May you know that LOVE, the one universal sustaining force, is being sent to you right now and always will be. May you feel it and know that love is without end. You will always be loved and you will always be remembered. Love to you dear ones. Peace be with you all.

We love you,

The Prayer Team

    Epraim, Gabrial & Sean
I hope that you have found peace where ever you are. May your family have peace in known that you are at peace.

  2. Valerie Goldstein says:

    Ephraim, Gabriel, and Sean,
May all three of you be filled with peace, strength, love and joy each and every moment. May you be filled to overflowing with all the love and longing being sent to you every day, but particularly on this day…the anniversary of you being called home. Please send some sign to your loved ones, that they know is indisputably from you, so they will know that the connection is as strong as ever and that communication and love can be sent and received at every opportunity. As you receive our prayer, and feel all the love being sent to you, in turn, please send comfort and peace to your loved ones who miss you so very much.
    With love and hugs,
    Valerie, Grant’s Mom

  3. Chris says:

For Ephraim, Sean, and your loved ones,
Thinking of you and sending you positive thoughts of love from my heart to yours and your loved ones. May you feel the love that surrounds you. I speak your name to the universe so that you will know you will never be forgotten. May your loved ones find comfort and a measure of peace in all the loving thoughts for them. Your never-ending love for each other is infinite and not relegated to the past. Ephraim and David please know that your loved ones take you with them wherever they go in this life. No matter how long or short your time shared with them here was, their love is just as strong now as when you were physically with them, time nor distance can change that. Please let your loved ones know you are always near them, especially on this day.
    Forever Jason and Christian’s mom

  4. Debbie says:

To the families and friends of Ephraim and Sean,

Sending hugs and prayers to you today, Ephraim and Sean’s angel day, hoping that the day is gentle for you, my friends. I know how difficult these days can be to get through. My candle will be lit in remembrance of your precious loved ones. My heart to yours,

    Debbie
    Mom to ^i^Joey (10-31-81–6-20-08)
    Lorin, Mike, & Greg

Another day without you, another tear silently falls
I have grown accustomed to an aching heart and false smile
But I will never grow accustomed to life without
    My precious son Joey.

Having a son in heaven changes everything.
