Today we come together to send our love and energy out to three of our beloved Prayer Registry Children: Jeffrey Arthur Ranville who passed on February 24, 2012, Nickolas Bruce Cox passed on February 24, 2011 and Rose Elizabeth Charlton who passed on February 24, 2013.

Dear Prayer Giver,

Please take a moment to bring your focus into the present moment, for we are going to focus on sending all of our love and prayer to the children being held-in-prayer today!

Dear Prayer Giver,

Where ever you are reading this, sit down for one minute and bring all your attention to this sacred present moment. Take a deep breath and let it out with a sigh. In again, and out. Relax.

Dear Jeffrey, Nickolas and Rose,

We The Prayer Team are thinking of you and praying for your happiness. We send you energy and love and we pray that it nourishes and supports you as you move forward in your present existence. We want you to know that you are very loved and that you will never be forgotten.

Meditation/Visualization: —continue to sit comfortably and allow yourself to be here in the present moment.

Bring all your attention to the tip of your nose and imagine that you are the gatekeeper at the gates of a big city and that it is your very important job to watch the coming and the going of your breath. Simply focus all your concentration at the tip of your nose and observe the breath as it enters and leaves you.

As you breathe-in focus on the feeling of the breath as it enters your nostrils

As you breathe-out focus on the feeling of the breath as it leaves your nostrils

Breathing-in feel the breath coming into you

Breathing-out feel the breath as it leaves you.

Continue to focus on your breathing

If your mind wanders away from the breath, gently bring your focus back to the tip of your nose and focus on your breathing again.

As you breathe-in feel the cool air as it enters your nostrils

As you breathe-out feel the warm air as it leaves your nostrils

Breathing-in cool, breathing-out warm

Breathing-in cool, breathing-out warm.

Now as you breathe-in, envision Jeffrey Nickolas and Rose

standing in the light,

See them smiling

See them laughing

As you breathe-out, envision Jeffrey Nickolas and Rose before you looking so vibrant and well.

As you inhale, envision drawing energy into you

As you exhale envision directing that energy to Jeffrey, Nickolas and Rose

As you inhale continue to visualize energy entering into you.

As you exhale see this energy flowing outward from you and surrounding Jeffrey, Nickolas and Rose

As you breathe-in feel that you are strengthened by this energy

As you breathe-out direct this feeling of strength to the families of Jeffrey, Nickolas and Rose

As you breathe-in draw peace into yourself

As you exhale send that feeling of peace to the families of Jeffrey, Nickolas and Rose

Dear Jeffrey, Nickolas and Rose,

We see you smiling and glowing in the light. May you know that LOVE, the one universal sustaining force, is being sent to you now and always will be. May you feel it and know that love is without end. You will always be loved and always be remembered. Peace and happiness be with you all.
