July 16, 2015 — Allen Michael Machuca—Eric Mosley—Jennifer Lynn “Fro” Laughlin Day!

Today we come together to focus our attention on three very special Prayer Registry children: Allen Michael Machuca who passed on July 16, 2009, Eric Mosley who passed on July 16, 2009 and Jennifer Lynn “Fro” Laughlin passed on July 16, 2011.

To listen to the prayer for the children use this link:

Dear Prayer Giver,

Take a moment to sit down and bring all of your awareness into this sacred present moment. Allow your thoughts and cares of the day slip away from you now as you enter the present moment completely. Slowly take in a deep breath and slowly let the breath out; breathing in deeply and exhaling fully. And again, inhale slowly and exhale thoroughly.

As you read these words, take the time to really feel and think about what you are saying, for this is indeed a sacred moment.

Dear Allen, Eric and Jennifer,

We The Prayer Team are with you now in thought and spirit. We send you energy and love from our souls to yours and we pray that you will feel it and know how very loved you are.

Meditation/Visualization: —continue to sit comfortably and allow yourself to be here in the present moment, letting go of your cares and worries of the day.

Now, bring all of your attention to the tip of your nose and imagine that you are the gatekeeper at the gates of a big city and that it is your very important job to watch the coming and the going of your breath. Simply focus all your concentration at the tip of your nose and observe your breath as it enters and leaves you.

As you breathe-in, focus on the feeling of the breath as it enters your nostrils

As you breathe-out, focus on the feeling of the breath as it leaves your nostrils

Breathing-in feel the breath coming into you

Breathing-out feel the breath as it leaves you.

Continue to focus on your breathing

If your mind wanders away going off into thought (which is common in meditation) gently bring your focus back to the tip of your nose and resume your position as gatekeeper, watching the coming and going of your breath.

As you breathe-in feel the cool air as it enters your nostrils

As you breathe-out feel the warm air as it leaves your nostrils

Breathing-in cool, breathing-out warm

Breathing-in cool, breathing-out warm

In cool, out warm…in cool, out warm.

Now as you breathe-in envision Allen, Eric and Jennifer

standing in the light before you

As you breathe-out envision Allen, Eric and Jennifer looking vibrant and well.

As you inhale envision drawing energy into you

As you exhale envision directing that energy to Allen, Eric and Jennifer

As you inhale continue to visualize energy entering into you

As you exhale see this energy flowing outward from you and surrounding Allen, Eric and Jennifer

Bathing them in light and loving energy

See them surrounded by energy

See them smiling

See them laughing

See that they are all happy and free!

As you breathe-in feel that you are strengthened by this energy

As you breathe-out direct this feeling of strength to families of Allen, Eric and Jennifer

As you breathe-in draw peace into yourself

As you exhale send that feeling of peace to the families of Allen, Eric and Jennifer.

Dear Allen, Eric and Jennifer,

We all see you smiling and glowing in the light. May you know that LOVE, the one universal sustaining force, is being sent to you right now and always will be. May you feel it and know that love is without end. You will always be loved and you will always be remembered. Love to you dear ones. Peace be with you all.

Know that we love you,

The Prayer Team.

…if we saw all the difference even the tiniest of our prayers make, and all the people those little prayers were destined to affect, and all the consequences of those prayers down through the centuries, we would be so paralyzed with awe at the power of prayer that we would be unable to get up off our knees for the rest of our lives.

  1. Today we remember Allen, Eric and Jennifer
May the love and prayers we all send be instantly felt both by those in spirit and we who remain here missing them.
I send love to all families and friends of our dear ones in spirit.
May you feel your loved ones around when you most need it. I pray for strength for you to get through the tough days. I hope the sharing of our pain in the missing of our beautiful children can comfort us all. May we all remain connected and support and strengthen each other through our loving prayers and thoughts. Love always from Paul’s mum. Xx.

  2. Chris says:

For precious children Allen, Eric, Fro, and your loved ones,

Thinking of you all and sending you positive thoughts of love from my heart to yours and your loved ones. Feel the love that surrounds you from all the people sending you positive thoughts of peace. I speak your names to the universe so that you will know you will never be forgotten. May your loved ones find comfort and a measure of peace in all the loving thoughts for them. I believe with every fiber of my being that our children are whole, happy, and free of all worries. Your never-ending love for each other is infinite and ever-present.
Allen, Eric, and Fro please know that your loved ones take you with them wherever they go in this life. No matter how long or short your time shared with them here was, their love is just as strong now as when you were physically with them, time nor distance can change that. Please let your loved ones know you are always near them, especially on this day.

❤ ❤ ❤ A loving heart for each of you.

I am forever and always, Jason and Christian’s grateful and proud mom, and grateful and proud mom of my Sarah, Christian’s twin and Jason’s little sis, who is still on this side with me. Someday the veil that separates us will part and I know you will both be there with hugs and kisses to greet me.

    • Ernie Laughlin says:

Chris, I am so sorry that you also have lost not just one but two of your children. Jenn’s sister Melanie also died, on 9/20/2009, almost two years befor Jenn. Regardless of the causes, in reality Jenn grieved herself to death, feeling an extreme sense of guilt and responsibility as well as a separation and sadness that she could not come to grips with. Neither was a suicide, but the cause and effect was very similar. Again, I am very sorry for you and your daughter Sarah. It’s a life-long journey we’ll only finish when we meet again in Heaven.

      • Chris says:

Thank you Ernie and I am so sorry for you losses of Melanie and Jenn. I understand everything you have said. It will always be a constant worry for me about my Sarah, as she continues to learn how to navigate her life without her brothers. The certainty is that we will be together again is a comfort. Peace to you and yours Ernie.
