Dear Prayer Giver,
Take a moment to sit down and bring all of your awareness into this sacred present moment. Allow your thoughts and cares of the day slip away from you now as you enter the present moment completely. Slowly take in a deep breath and slowly let the breath out; breathing in deeply and exhaling fully. And again, inhale slowly and exhale thoroughly.
As you read these words, take the time to really feel and think about what you are saying, for this is indeed a sacred moment.
Dear Alexander, Brittany, Christopher and Jared,
We The Prayer Team, are with you now in thought and spirit. We send you energy and love from our souls to yours and we pray that you will all feel it and know how very loved you are.
Meditation/Visualization: —continue to sit comfortably and allow yourself to be here in the present moment, letting go of your cares and worries of the day.
Now, bring all of your attention to the tip of your nose and imagine that you are the gatekeeper at the gates of a big city and that it is your very important job to watch the coming and the going of your breath. Simply focus all your concentration at the tip of your nose and observe your breath as it enters and leaves you.
As you breathe-in, focus on the feeling of the breath as it enters your nostrils
As you breathe-out, focus on the feeling of the breath as it leaves your nostrils
Breathing-in feel the breath coming into you
Breathing-out feel the breath as it leaves you.
Continue to focus on your breathing
If your mind wanders away going off into thought,(which is common in meditation) gently bring your focus back to the tip of your nose and resume your position as gatekeeper, watching the coming and going of your breath.
As you breathe-in feel the cool air as it enters your nostrils
As you breathe-out feel the warm air as it leaves your nostrils
Breathing-in cool, breathing-out warm
Breathing-in cool, breathing-out warm
In cool, out warm…in cool, out warm.
Now as you breathe-in, envision Alexander, Brittany, Christopher and Jared
standing in the light before you
As you breathe-out, envision Alexander, Brittany, Christopher and Jared looking vibrant and well
As you inhale, envision drawing energy into you
As you exhale envision directing that energy to Alexander and Brittany, Christopher
As you inhale continue to visualize energy entering into you
As you exhale see this energy flowing outward from you and surrounding Alexander, Brittany, Christopher and Jared
Bathing them in light and loving energy
See them surrounded by energy
See them smiling
See them laughing
See that they are happy and free.
As you breathe-in feel that you are strengthened by this energy
As you breathe-out direct this feeling of strength to the families of Alexander, Brittany, Christopher and Jared
As you breathe-in draw peace into yourself
As you exhale send that feeling of peace to the families of Alexander, Brittany, Christopher and Jared.
Dear Alexander, Brittany, Christopher and Jared,
We all see you smiling and glowing in the light. May you know that LOVE, the one universal sustaining force, is being sent to you right now and always will be. May you feel it and know that love is without end. You will always be loved and you will always be remembered. Love to you dear ones. Peace be with you all.
We love you,
The Prayer Team

“Life does not end when we die. Death is a rebirth into a spirit world of light and love, a transition from the physical to the spiritual that is no more frightening or painful than passing between rooms through an open doorway. It is a joyful homecoming to our natural home.”
