Dear Prayer Giver,

Take a moment to sit down and bring all of your awareness into this sacred present moment. Allow your thoughts and cares of the day slip away from you now as you enter the present moment completely. Slowly take in a deep breath and slowly let the breath out; breathing in deeply and exhaling fully. And again, inhale slowly and exhale thoroughly.

As you read these words, take the time to really feel and think about what you are saying, for this is indeed a sacred moment.

DearAlexander, John, Michael, Paul, Richard, Tiaan and Travis,

We The Prayer Team are with you now in thought and spirit. We send you energy and love from our souls to yours and we pray that you will feel it and know how very loved you are.

Meditation/Visualization: —continue to sit comfortably and allow yourself to be here in the present moment, letting go of your cares and worries of the day.

Now, bring all of your attention to the tip of your nose and imagine that you are the gatekeeper at the gates of a big city and that it is your very important job to watch the coming and the going of your breath. Simply focus all your concentration at the tip of your nose and observe your breath as it enters and leaves you.

As you breathe-in, focus on the feeling of the breath as it enters your nostrils

As you breathe-out, focus on the feeling of the breath as it leaves your nostrils

Breathing-in feel the breath coming into you

Breathing-out feel the breath as it leaves you.

Continue to focus on your breathing

If your mind wanders away going off into thought (which is common in meditation) gently bring your focus back to the tip of your nose and resume your position as gatekeeper, watching the coming and going of your breath.

As you breathe-in feel the cool air as it enters your nostrils

As you breathe-out feel the warm air as it leaves your nostrils

Breathing-in cool, breathing-out warm

Breathing-in cool, breathing-out warm

In cool, out warm…in cool, out warm.

Now as you breathe-in, envision Alexander, Michael, Paul, Richard, Tiaan and Travis

standing in the light before you

As you breathe-out, envision Alexander, Michael, Paul, Richard, Tiaan and Travis looking vibrant and well.

As you inhale, envision drawing energy into you

As you exhale envision directing that energy to Alexander, John, Michael, Paul, Richard, Tiaan and Travis

As you inhale continue to visualize energy entering into you

As you exhale see this energy flowing outward from you and surrounding Alexander, John, Michael, Paul, Richard, Tiaan and Travis

Bathing them in light and loving energy

See them surrounded by energy

See them smiling

See them laughing

See that they are happy and free.

As you breathe-in feel that you are strengthened by this energy

As you breathe-out direct this feeling of strength to the families of Alexander, John, Michael, Paul, Richard, Tiaan and Travis

As you breathe-in draw peace into yourself

As you exhale send that feeling of peace to the families of Alexander, John, Michael, Paul, Richard, Tiaan and Travis.

Dear Alexander, John, Michael, Paul, Richard, Tiaan and Travis,

We all see you smiling and glowing in the light. May you know that LOVE, the one universal sustaining force, is being sent to you right now and always will be. May you feel it and know that love is without end. You will always be loved and you will always be remembered.  Love to you dear ones. Peace be with you all.

We love you,

The Prayer Team

“My experience showed me that the death of the body and the brain are not the end of consciousness, that human experience continues beyond the grave. More important, it continues under the gaze of a God who loves and cares about each one of us and about where the Universe itself and all the beings within it are ultimately going.”

For precious children Alexander, John, Michael, Paul, Richard, Tiaan, Travis, and to all your loved ones,
Know that your loved ones take you with them in their life’s journey. No matter how long or short your time shared with them here was, their love is just as strong now as when you were physically with them. Neither time nor distance can change that. The love you have for one another can’t be exiled to the past tense just as you are not the past tense. You live on in a different plane where you have the ability to make yourselves known in so many ways. Please let your loved ones know you are always near them and that your loving bond is strong and constant, especially on this day. I speak your names to the universe so that you will know you will never be forgotten. May your loved ones find comfort and a measure of peace in loving thoughts for them. I believe with every fiber of my being that our children are whole, happy, and free of all worries and pain. Your never-ending love for each other is infinite and ever-present ❤ ❤ ❤ ❤ ❤ ❤ ❤

I am forever in this life and the next, Jason and Christian’s grateful and proud mom, and grateful and proud mom of my Sarah, Christian’s twin and Jason’s little sis, who is thankfully here with me.
    ❤ ❤ ❤

    Lorin, Mike, & Greg

Another day without you, another tear silently falls.
I have grown accustomed to an aching heart and false smile,
But I will never grow accustomed to life without
    My precious son, Joey.

Having a son in heaven changes everything.

  5. Nancy Sallese says:

Alexander, John, Michael, Paul, Richard, Tiann andTravis
May perpetual light shine upon you all
Today i pray that your love ones receive blessings and comfort
I pray that you are all embraced in the loving light celebrating your day with all the other children. Funny how my daughter loved “cinco de mayo” as i never heard of it and thought that it was morbid. Now that she is gone I totally get it and wish i did when she was alive. I love that we respect the dead and celebrate
May you send a loving sign so your loved ones may keep their faith until we all meet again
    lots of love
Always and forever to my children’s dad Eddie, my daughter Rebecca and my son Danny

    • Chris says:

Hi Nancy, I just wanted to tell you that I celebrate Dia de Los Muertos, (day of the dead) which is not the same as Cinco de Mayo. I have done so for the past 14 years after I learned that Jason loves it. Jason had planned to go to Oaxaca, Mexico in 2005 to honor Christian but he transitioned from this plane before he got the chance. Yes, some find it morbid because they don’t understand what and why it is. It is 3 days when the veil thins and our loved ones come for a visit. We set up altars and adorn them with their favorite foods, hobbies, items that are significant to them, pictures, candles, and marigolds. It is the belief that the marigolds strong scent leads them to their celebration. It is also a way to say this life isn’t all there is and not to fear death because there is so much more waiting for us; that’s why skulls and skeletons are placed on the altars, thumbing our noses at death. I do it to honor my Jason and Christian, it is truly a labor of love and there hasn’t been a year when my boys haven’t given us signs that they approve. There is a plethora of information on the internet if you would like to learn more. Hope this helps you understand a little better about why your Rebecca loves it. Big hug 💖
