Dear Prayer Giver,

Wherever you are reading this, sit down for a minute and bring all your attention to this sacred present moment. Take a deep breath and slowly let it out.

Dear Adam, Benjamin, Jeremy, Jessica, Larry, Lee-Anne, Mary, Michael and Steven,

We The Prayer Team, are thinking of you and praying for your happiness. We send you energy and love at all levels and we pray that it nourishes and supports you as you move forward in your present existence. We want you to know that you are very loved and will never be forgotten.

Meditation/Visualization: —continue to sit comfortably and allow yourself to be here in the present moment.

Bring all your attention to the tip of your nose and imagine that you are the gatekeeper at the gates of a big city and that it is your very important job to watch the coming and the going of your breath.  Simply focus all your concentration at the tip of your nose and observe the breath as it enters and leaves you.

As you breathe-in focus on the feeling of the breath as it enters your nostrils

As you breathe-out focus on the feeling of the breath as it leaves your nostrils

Breathing-in feel the breath coming into you

Breathing-out feel the breath as it leaves you.

Continue to focus on your breathing

If your mind wanders away from the breath, gently bring your focus back to the tip of your nose and focus on your breathing again.

As you breathe-in feel the cool air as it enters your nostrils

As you breathe-out feel the warm air as it leaves your nostrils

Breathing-in cool, breathing-out warm

Breathing-in cool, breathing-out warm.

Now as you breathe-in, envision Adam, Benjamin, Jeremy, Jessica, Larry, Lee-Anne, Mary, Michael and Steven

standing in the light

As you breathe-out, envision Adam, Benjamin, Jeremy, Jessica, Larry, Lee-Anne, Mary, Michael and Steven before you looking vibrant and well.

As you inhale, envision drawing energy into you

As you exhale envision directing that energy to Adam, Benjamin, Jeremy, Jessica, Larry, Lee-Anne, Mary, Michael and Steven

As you inhale continue to visualize energy entering into you.

As you exhale see this energy flowing outward from you and surrounding Adam, Benjamin, Jeremy, Jessica, Larry, Lee-Anne, Mary, Michael and Steven.

As you breathe-in feel that you are strengthened by this energy

As you breathe-out direct this feeling of strength to the families of Adam, Benjamin, Jeremy, Jessica, Larry, Lee-Anne, Mary, Michael and Steven

As you breathe-in draw peace into yourself

As you exhale send that feeling of peace to the families of Adam, Benjamin, Jeremy, Jessica, Larry, Lee-Anne, Mary, Michael and Steven.

Dear Adam, Benjamin, Jeremy, Jessica, Larry, Lee-Anne, Mary, Michael and Steven,

We see you smiling and glowing in the light. May you know that LOVE, the one universal sustaining force, is being sent to you now and always will be. May you feel it and know that love is without end. You will always be loved and you will always be remembered.  Love to you dear ones.  We love you all,

The Prayer Team

May perpetual light shine upon you all
Today is a day of remembrance for you and your love ones
Death is so hard but we must remember that we are really in death and your in the never ending lasting spiritual world. That there is no more pain and suffering for you. That you in the spiritual are surrounded with others.
We must remember that we are the survivors of this horrific world trying to make sense on reasoning the death of our child. May your love ones receive blessings, peace, comfort and love all the days of their lives
    Lots of love
    Nancy

For precious children Adam, Benjamin, Jeremy, Jessica, Larry, Lee-Anne, Mary, Michael, Steven and to all your loved ones,

Know that your loved ones take you with them in their life’s journey. No matter how long or short your time shared with them here was, their love is just as strong now as when you were physically with them. Neither time nor distance can change that. The love you have for one another can’t be exiled to the past tense just as you are not the past tense. You live on in a different plane where you have the ability to make yourselves known in so many ways. Please let your loved ones know you are always near them and that your loving bond is strong and constant, especially on this day. I speak your names to the universe so that you will know you will never be forgotten. May your loved ones find comfort and a measure of peace in loving thoughts for them. I believe with every fiber of my being that our children are whole, happy, and free of all worries and pain. Your never-ending love for each other is infinite and ever-present ❤

I am forever in this life and the next, Jason and Christian’s grateful and proud mom. Grateful and proud mom of my Sarah, Christian’s twin and Jason’s little sis who is thankfully here with me.
    💚❤💙
